Now I took a little research into the monster its late so i'm just gonna post all the stuff i found interesting
the edges are fuzzy
Now look at the shadow cast by the head...Not fuzzy
Because the sun is a wide light source the shadows cast by sunlight are always fuzzy
Its the little details that give away a good "photo shopper"
(plum island) Its last use by the military was a Chemical Corps facility
The Department of Agriculture took over the island in 1954, and established the Plum Island Animal Disease Center.
Not only that, but the head shadow is in a different direction and also different shade from the body shadows.

It appears to have some traits that are porcine, and some traits that are avian.
The thoracic region appears to be more avian, with a smaller chest area and enlarged abdominal region such as you find on a chicken.
The legs appear porcine with powerful thighs that get small and then terminate at an unusual foot. It appears to be a combination of a five toed foot as is found on things like raccoons and such, but with very narrow toes like on a bird with very stout claws on the ends. they appear very delicate, as if the ancient genes of the pigs ancestry woke up and emerged as they may have once appeared long ago before the cloven hoof of today.
The dentition is amazing! The teeth are almost exactly those of a pig, but the mouth lacks lips. Then the end of the mouth sports a wicked (like a chicken's) beak though proportionately it is undersized.
Such an animal would have a terribly difficult time eating anything unless it were fed by someone.
As a predator it is sorely lacking physically, in every respect other than it's mouth.
However, such a thing looks like an attempt to shore up a food supply which is being struck with disease.
If the flesh could pass as foul and the thing capable of reproducing in large quantities, (or of being reproduced in large quantities) ad was capable of growing as quickly as a chicken to the size of a pig, the flesh might be sold as chicken to a market that might never know.
It truly looks like the kind of monstrosity that Monsanto has been working on in order to introduce into our food supply, and nothing.
Though horrible in its overall implication.
In 2003, the Department of Homeland Security took ownership of the island and facilities; the Department of Agriculture continues to work on the island. (plum island)
Plum Island has its own fire department, power plant, and water treatment plant. No wildlife exists on the island; deer which swim onto the island are killed, along with every other animal that leaves the island.
In 1995, the Department of Agriculture was issued a $111,000 fine for storing hazardous chemicals on the island.
In 2002, the Plum Island Animal Disease Center was transferred from the United States Department of Agriculture to the United States Department of Homeland Security.
On September 11, 2005, the United States Department of Homeland Security announced that the Plum Island Animal Disease Research Center will be replaced by a new federal facility. The location of the facility, to be called the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF), is not yet final as of May 17, 2008.
