----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------According to 1up.com, Eidos is making Batman: Arkham Asylum, for the X-BOX 360, PS3, and PC, in which you play Batman going through Arkham and recapturing the villains who broke free after Joker overtook the asylum.
This may or may not be a trailer for Halo 4 or another Halo game.
