According to Justin Chatwin, who is protraying Goku in the upcoming Dragonball Evolution, has stated in an interview with SciFi Now that the script for the sequel to Dragonball Evolution has already been written.

Billy West, voice actor for Fry, Zoidberg, and the Professor on Futurama, stated at Anime Supercon in Florida that Fox is considering bringing Futurama back to television for a 6th season. via Ain't It Cool News

According to Variety, Cartoon Network has ordered twenty-six episodes of Marvel Super Hero Squad, a cartoon featuring Captain America, the Silver Surfer, the Hulk, Wolverine, and Iron Man.

Joystiq is reporting that the Nintendo DSi will be released in North America on April 5 and will be sold for $169.99.

Dustin Browder, Starcraft 2's lead developer, posted on Battle.net, Blizzard's forums, that the beta for Starcraft 2 will be released sometime this year.

First Showing talked to Donald De Line, producer of the upcoming Green Lantern film, who said that the film should start filming in spring of 2009.

Marvel has signed a deal with Paramount to have them distribute their next 5 self-produced films, Iron Man 2, Thor, First Avenger: Captain America, Avengers, and Iron Man 3. via IESB

Latino Review has debunked the rumors of David Boreanaz, star of Angel and Bones, playing Hal Jordan in the upcoming Green Lantern movie and has a review of the script.

The rumors a week or two ago about Will Smith playing Captain America, were definnatly not true as Will Smith has never evenheard of the rumors. via MTV Splash Page.

It appears as though Micheal Caine was mistaken when he told MTV about the villains for the third Batman movie or at least the part about Phillip Seymour Hoffman being the Penguin as Mr. Hoffman told MTV that he has not even talked to Christopher Nolan or Warner Bros. about the role.

And while on the subject of false rumors from yesterday, Marvel has come out and said that they have never even thought about casting Will Smith as Captain America. via Slashfilm

Slashfilm has found out why William Shatner will not be in the eleventh Star Trek,and that reason is basically Shatner loves Shatner and will not do cameos.

Apple announced quite a few things today so lets get started, iTunes 8 has been released and includes everything Kevin Rose said it would, NBC shows are back on iTunes, all TV shows can now be downloaded in HD for an extra dollar (via Engadget), Apple will put in-ear ear phones out for sale in October for $79 (via Engadget), the new ipod nano looks just like the picture Kevin leaked and comes in every color of the rainbow plus pink (via Engadget), the shuffle is also getting new colors (via Engadget), and finally the ipod classic will now only come in a 120 GB version (via Engadget).

Sony has signed Tobey Maguire and Sam Raimi for Spider-Man 4 & 5 which they are planning to shoot back to back. Kirsten Dunst at this point in time is not signed on for the sequels but Sony hopes to get her. via Deadline Hollywood.

Micheal Caine may have possibly confirmed the rumors that Johnney Depp will be playing the Riddler and Phillip Seymour Hoffman will be playing the Peguin in the second Batman Begins sequel in an interview with MTV promoting his new movie Is There Anybody There?.

In one of the strangest pieces of movie news ever, Will Smith may be Captian America? That is what Derek Luke has said in an interview with MTV promoting The Miricle at St. Anna.

According to Latino Review, Russel Crowe may be playing Professor Moriarty in Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes movie. For those of you who do not read Sherlock Holmes, Moriarty was Sherlock's main antagonist, he was the Lex Luthor to Holmes' Superman.
